Antibullying Committee

The Antibullying Committee is a student-led group committed to tackling bullying in all its forms and ensuring a safe, respectful school culture for everyone. Made up of students from across year groups, the committee meets regularly to develop strategies for prevention, support, and intervention. Members organise awareness campaigns throughout the year, promote the school's anonymous reporting systems, and work closely with staff to review and improve anti-bullying policies. The group also helps deliver peer-education sessions, encouraging honest conversations about what bullying looks like and how to challenge it. By fostering open discussion and empowering students to stand up against bullying, whether as those affected or as bystanders, the committee strives to create a more positive, inclusive environment where every student feels respected, supported, and heard.

Student Voice and Climate Committee

The Student Voice and Climate Committee is dedicated to amplifying student perspectives while championing environmental responsibility within the school. Made up of students from across year groups, the committee meets regularly to discuss sustainability initiatives, such as reducing waste, promoting recycling, and encouraging eco-friendly school policies. Members may also work on awareness campaigns, collaborate with staff to introduce greener practices, and engage in wider community efforts to combat climate change. Their goal is to make the school more environmentally conscious while ensuring that student voices are heard in key decision-making processes.

Wellbeing and Inclusivity Committee

The Wellbeing and Inclusivity Committee aims to create a school environment where every student feels supported, valued, and included. Made up of students from across year groups, the committee meets regularly to discuss ways to promote mental health awareness, inclusivity, and positive student experiences. Members may organise workshops, peer support programmes, and awareness events that address issues like stress management, diversity, and equality. By fostering a culture of acceptance and emotional wellbeing, the committee works towards making the school a safer and more welcoming place for all students.
