The aim of Key Stage 4 Physical Education is to discover alternative activities that help to maintain your wellbeing, with an emphasis not only on the physical elements of the subject. We promote positive attitudes for a lifetime of Physical Activity, in any route the students wish to take.
Science
We study Science because Science is about understanding. Understanding of how everything works, our place, impact, role and responsibilities in the Universe. We provide a stimulating, engaging and intellectually challenging learning environment.May the force be with you!
Mathematics
The Maths department aims to challenge and inspire students to build logical, independent thinking skills, enabling a strong mathematical foundation to develop for every student, supporting success throughout the curriculum and throughout life.
English
The English department aims to develop higher-order reading and critical thinking skills that encourage genuine enquiry into different topics and themes. Students will draw upon a range of texts as reading stimulus and engage with creative as well as real and relevant contexts.
