Main Round Admissions (2026/2027)
Applications for places starting in September 2026 should be made through Hampshire County Council. Full details, closing dates and guidance are at www.hants.gov.uk/admissions.
Our 2026/2027 Admission Policy sets out how places will be allocated if the school is oversubscribed.
Parents will be notified of the outcome of their application for a place in Year 7 on Monday 2 March 2026.
In-Year Admissions
In-year admissions are applications for school places made outside the normal admissions round, for example when a family moves home or wishes to change school.
If you wish to apply for a place at our school, please complete the in-year application form at www.hants.gov.uk/admissions.
If you are unable to apply online, paper copies are available directly from the school office.
Response
We aim to notify parents of the outcome of their in-year application in writing within 10 school days, and we will ensure all applicants receive a written response within 15 school days of the application being received.
If a place is available, you will be offered one in writing. If we are unable to offer a place, we will write to explain the reasons and provide information about how to appeal.
Appeals
If your application is unsuccessful, you have the right to appeal the decision to an independent appeals panel. Details of the appeals process are available at www.hants.gov.uk/educationandlearning/admissions/guidance/appeals.
